Main responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular interactions and relevant content;
- Manage contract renewals: quotes, negotiation, follow-up;
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Generate new sales opportunities, alone or in tandem with the extended team;
- Develop strategies to maximize retention and reduce attrition;
- Collect and share customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Required training and experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, renewals, or customer experience;
- A strong interest in technology;
- You are an ambassador of collective success: “We before I”;
- You thrive on feedback and continuous improvement;
- Excellent communication in French and English, due to interactions with English and French-speaking clients across Canada and the United States;
- Proficiency in CRM to track and document each stage of the sales cycle;
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships;
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to meet customer needs
- Proactivity and active listening.
Note: This position is hybrid, with an expected presence at the Quebec office at least 2 days a week to foster collaboration and human interaction.
